Spark People
One of my coworkers introduced me to this site a few weeks ago. I don't know about you, but I pretty much have no idea how much I really eat in a day. Yeah I can write it down but do I ever add up the calories, fat or protein? No. Do I even know what's in the food if it isn't prepackaged with a label, no way. SparkPeople will track foods for you, they have thousands of things listed. It will also track your exercise. They can even put together a meal and exercise plan for you! It's pretty amazing. Take a look when you have a chance.
